The central idea of the Economic Forum of Bosnia and Herzegovina is to establish a platform that connects representatives of the business community, academia, and economic policy-makers with the aim of promoting entrepreneurial initiatives and partnerships, fostering public-private dialogue, and presenting scientific and technological solutions to promote sustainable development in our country and the region. Therefore, we strive to contribute to developing stronger connections between various stakeholders with shared business interests in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which should ultimately result in creating concrete proposals and guidelines for shaping future economic policies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mission<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The \u201cEconomic Forum of Bosnia and Herzegovina\u201d creates a synergy of actions among economic policymakers, the business community, and academia, all with the goal of shaping an attractive business environment in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The \u201cEconomic Forum of Bosnia and Herzegovina\u201d serves as a gathering place and forum for the exchange of ideas between government representatives, economic policymakers, the business community, and academia, organized by the Faculty of Economics, University of Sarajevo. The forum will address all relevant issues that impact the state of affairs in Bosnia and Herzegovina, from macroeconomic policy, sectoral policies, the business environment, to the competitiveness of the Bosnian economy and companies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vision<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To contribute to the creation of a more favorable and attractive business environment in Bosnia and Herzegovina. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Objectives<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 The forum is designed as an open dialogue between representatives of the business community, academia, and economic policy-makers; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 The forum should assist in networking different interest groups that share common business interests and provide a space for initial bilateral meetings; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 The forum should result in concrete proposals and guidelines that will be made available to economic policy-makers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Economic Forum of Bosnia and Herzegovina is organized 5th year in a row and has so far gathered over 2200 participants, mostly representatives of executive branch of BiH government as well as representatives of regional companies, diplomatic sector and academic community. The focus of the Forum 2021 is on the green economy through the aims of a sustainable development in Europe, and on what will be or what already is the \u201enew normal\u201c in the social order after the Covid-19 pandemics.
